You can save time by creating reusable templates for any documents or group of documents within inly! Invoices, contracts, forms, or any combination of those together can be saved as reusable data which, you can load with a click of a button.

Here are the steps to create a brand-new template for multiple documents within inly:

1. Select the document(s) you would like to create and save as a template.

2. Next you can complete the documents with all the information needed. Once they are ready to save, click "Create new template." Then type in the name for the template and click save. In the future, you can click "Load Template" and this will auto populate with the previously entered information.

3. If you want to start with a template for a future client, this can easily be accessed by clicking, "Start with a flow template" on the "What you would like to create" page when you click the + icon. You also can load or save a template at anytime from the dropdown menu above within the editor.

4. There is also an option to load or create templates for standalone document as well! If you click the templates icon on any section in the editor, that will show a dropdown menu with options to load or save templates for that section.
