Here are the steps to download documents sent through inly:
1. Select "Documents" from the menu on the left-hand side.
2. Locate the client and corresponding documents you would like to download as a PDF. Click on the document icon you would like to download, and the option to "Download the PDF" will appear in the dropdown menu. Select this, and a download will begin immediately.
If you are unable to locate the document(s) from the menu you can utilize the "search" navigation in the top left-hand corner to also find the documents.
