Downloading documents can easily be accomplished through multiple avenues within inly.
Here are the steps to download documents sent through inly:
1. Click on "Documents" on the left-hand side to open all of your active documents.
2. Locate the client and corresponding documents you would like to download as a PDF. Click on the document icon you would like to download and the option to download the PDF will appear in the dropdown menu.
If you are unable to locate the document(s) from the menu you can utilize the "search" navigation in the top left-hand corner to find the documents.
