How to Add Notes about a Client or Project

Learn where to take notes about a client and add them to the workspace

  1. There are two places for this. If you are having a back-and-forth conversation with your client, you can use the Activity tab (conversation bubble icon). Any messages sent there will be sent to the client's email address. When they reply to that email, their reply message will appear in your conversation in the Activity tab.​

  2. If you have notes about the client that you just want to jot down and don't need them to read, you can put them in the Notes section of the client. Click the Details tab (person icon), then click the three dots in the upper right hand area of the Client, then you can add Notes.​
