Text alerts are SMS messages Inly sends for you. With them turned on, your clients get text updates about their invoices and payments, and you get a text when you're paid, when a new lead comes in or when a client messages you.
Your plan includes 100 texts a month. Text alerts are off until you turn them on.
How to turn text alerts on or off
Click your initials at the bottom of the left sidebar to open Settings.
Click Communications in the Settings menu.
In the middle of the page, click the Text Alerts box (also labeled "SMS notifications").
Click On to turn text alerts on, or Off to turn them off. The highlighted side of the switch shows the current setting.
