My Client(s) Can't Sign a Contract

You've sent a contract to your client, but they can't sign it.

Here are the steps to resend the link for signatures through Inly.

  1. First, find the project flow with the contract you want to re-send. Click on the 3 dots in the top right of the flow.

  2. Click on "Preview Client Experience".

  3. Click on "Continue" to go through the contract on the "Preview Client Experience" page.

4. On the contract, click "View Signers".

5. Click on "Resend Link" for the client you want. This will trigger an email alert to the client with the email provided, where they can access the contract and sign the document.
