Select the "+" icon located in the upper left corner.
Choose "Form" from the list of document options.
Create a "New Client" or select an "Existing Client" to send your invoice.
If this is for a new client, the option to toggle, "Add Client Address" is available when inputting their information.
Add the Project or Event Name, Event Date, and Event Location.
Click on the image icon in the center of the window to upload a custom cover image or upload an image from your desktop.
Inly offers an entire catalog of free images for cover photos and if you click, "Search Free Images" you can type in exactly what you are looking for.
Once an image is selected, it will automatically show a preview for desktop and mobile. If you'd like to see the client preview for mobile, tablet or desktop click, "Preview Cover."
Now you can begin creating your Form. You can either select an existing template or start a blank Form.
If you choose "Start with a blank form," the next page will enable you to create your form from scratch. There is a space to write each of your questions, and you can mark each question as required or not as you see fit.
The first type of question is "Text," where the answer is a blank text field that your client can write in.
The second type of question is "Single choice," where there are several options that you supply and your client chooses one of them. To add additional options, place your cursor in one the choice fields where it says "Enter option name" and hit the "Enter/Return" key on your keyboard. This will generate another option field below. To remove option fields, place your cursor in one the choice fields where it says "Enter option name" and hit the "Backspace" key on your keyboard. This will remove that option field.
The third question type is "Multiple choice," where there are several options that you supply and your client can choose one or several one of them.
When you are done creating all the questions for your Form, click the "Next" button in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. This will take you to the final page, where you can send the Form, add additional recipients, add a message, save the form without sending, save the form and copy a link to it, or save the form as a draft and come back to it later.
