Client statuses help you stay organized by letting you group contacts and documents as Active, Inactive, or Leads. With this update, you can manually change a client’s status at any time, giving you complete control over your workflow.
In the documents section, click on the client name of the flow you would like to change the status of.
Navigate to the client details section and click the three dots to open the menu.
Here you can change the status from Active to Lead or to Inactive. (Clients with active documents without a checkmark can only be changed between Active & Lead)
The indicator in the top left corner will also change according the clients status that is selected. Clients will automatically move from Active to Inactive once all of the documents are completed.
