How to Create and Save Message Templates

Message templates help you save time by reusing common text in your flows and client communications. Instead of typing the same content repeatedly, you can create a template once and insert it whenever you need.

  1. Finish Building Your Flow

    • Go through your flow until you reach the final send window. Click, "Insert Message Template" and drop in the templated message.


  2. Click "Message Templates" to add or edit templates

    • Click the + icon to create a new template or the pencil icon to edit an existing one.

  3. Message templates can also be sent through the messaging section and the documents section.


Pro Tips

  • Keep templates short and professional - add personalization where it matters.

  • Update templates over time to keep them fresh.

  • Create multiple templates for different scenarios (e.g., proposals, reminders, thank-yous).
