How to Add Documents to Your Apple Calendar (iCal)

With just one click, you can now sync your flow event or payment dates directly to your Apple Calendar (iCal) - complete with client details, locations, and flow access links.


✅ What You Can Do:

  • Add key dates to your Apple Calendar
    Events and payment schedules from your flows can now live in your personal calendar.

  • Open flow links from your calendar
    Each event includes a link to view the full flow, making it easy to access on the go.

  • See all client details in one place
    No more digging through emails - everything is right in your calendar event.

🔘 How to Add to iCal:

  1. Send a flow to your client as usual.

  2. After sending, look for the “Add to Apple Calendar” button:

    • In the top-right corner of the confirmation screen, or

    • In the Documents menu, click the three dots and select, "Add to Calendar."
      ​


      ​

  3. Click it. That’s it! The calendar event will download and you can click it again to add it to your calendar.
